Staff and customer communications

Almost everyone has a mobile phone with them most of the time. SMS offers some excellent opportunities to improve on communications, reduce costs and considerably reduce staff time.

Improve communications: sending information by SMS is more accurate than voice calling. For example, sending an address to a staff member means that the information both clear and saved for future reference.

Reduce costs: our text messages cost as little as 4p each. When compared to the cost of calling a mobile phone, for example, any company making numerous calls can make considerable savings by switching to SMS communications.

Reduce staff time: sending an SMS is contained, and takes less than a minute. The SMS can be sent to many staff members or customers at the same time. The time savings made each day can amount to a few hours.
