    Upload and store contacts
    Contacts can be entered one at a time, pasted in from a list or imported from Excel or a CSV file.

    Send to one or many contacts
    Individual contacts can be selected from a list or typed in at the time of sending. Multiple contacts can be selected from a list or by search or advanced search.

    Live message reports
    Message status - pending, delivered or failed is shown in real time as data is received from the networks.
    This live data also makes the system prefect for media events, where inbound messages can be seen and responded to within a few seconds.
    Searches and advanced searches allow users to view different types of SMS or statuses over any period.

    Message failure types
    Where messages fail to reach a handset the message reports will show if the failure was through the network, the handset or the number. This is beneficial to marketing campaigns, where permanent failures can be removed from lists, but temporary failures (for example, handset is off) can remain.

    Picture or video message
    The system allows users to upload pictures or videos and send them as a service message.

    SMS to 213 countries
    We provide SMS to over 200 territories, including the US and Canada.

    Message templates
    Message templates allow system users to pre-store a template and insert it into a message at the time of spending. Users can create and store unlimited templates. They are ideal for marketing and customer relationship, where messages are standardised.

    Custom contact lists
    Our systems allow users to create an unlimited number of contact lists, each with their own customised fields. This means that contact lists can reflect the structure existing databases and is ideal for managing messages to varied groups of recipients.

    Send my own number in messages
    The User Profile allows you to set your own mobile number so recipients can reply to messages.

    Export message reports data
    This allows users to save their sent messages as a data file for further analysis or as a back-up record.

    Export contact list data
    This allows users to save their contact list for more comprehensive editing on PC or as a back up.

    Dynamic sender ID
    This is the 'from' number that a mobile recipient sees. As well as setting a mobile number the system also allows users to send a company name or any word up to 11 characters long.

    Include contacts info in message
    This is designed to personalise messages sent to many recipients. Customisation will automatically insert a field from the contact list, such as the recipient's name, or an appointment time.

    HTTP connection
    For users wishing to send messages from their own system we provide a simple http protocol that can be sent as a 'post' or 'get' command. An example of this would be an automated SMS sent to a user after completing an online form.

    Remote web interface
    This tool allows users create web pages on their own domain to automate functions, such as recipients adding or removing themselves from subscriber contact lists.

    Copy SMS to email address
    This tool allows messages to be copied to email recipients.

    *Add/remove/suspend other users
    System Administrator: this is aimed at larger organisations or resellers who can add, edit, suspend or remove groups of users under their control.

    *Manage other users SMS credits
    System Administrators can allocate or remove SMS credits from users under their control.

    *Customise style/logos
    System Administrators can change look of their system by adding their own logo, backgrounds or changing font sizes and colours.

    *Use own domain
    A user with System Administrator status can point their own domain to the system.

    Subscription list management
    Aimed at those using opt-in subscriber lists, the system allows users to quickly sort recipients. When used in conjunction with an inbound number (long or shortcode), opting out mobile users are automatically moved to a separate 'suppression' file.

    Inbound shortcode
    Messages can be sent into the system using a five digit shortcode and keyword (shared), a dedicated shortcode or dedicated long code.

    Premium SMS
    We provide premium SMS billing from 25p to £1.50 (or multiples of these) in response to an incoming message from a mobile user. These replies can take the form of an automated SMS, or by delivering content.

    WAP push message
    This facility allows system users to send any URL as a WAP push or service message, which will prompt the mobile recipient to download the link when they open the message. This is ideal for sending links to mobile sites, pictures or video.

    Content delivery
    immedia24 provides a powerful mobile content management and delivery system. Content includes pictures, video, audio, applications and games. Users can set the keyword, price and method of access to the content (eg shortcode). They can also create WAP and Web preview sites and build their own content directory.

    Handset optimisation for content
    With many different screen sizes, resolutions and formats for sound and video, there are over 1000 different options for delivering the correct content to a mobile phone. immedia24 includes handset optimisation, which recognises the phone and delivers the optimal content for that type. There are also options to manually set the transcoding or even to turn it off giving you full control of how mobile content is delivered.

    Auto message replies
    Auto message replies allows users to send an automatic response to messages received by the system. This response can be text, a URL or include an automatically generated, unique code. This code can be used as a digital voucher or ticket. The auto reply can be set to either a standard rate message (free to user) or a premium SMS. This makes it ideal for features such as text-to-win competitions.

    Unique voucher numbers
    These can be sent either through the Auto Reply (see above) or as part of a bulk message run. The voucher numbers are stored in the message reports and can be saved as a data file to be imported or printed.

    Timed messages
    Whether to a single or many users, messages can be set for any hour, day or month. This is ideal for reminders, appointments or setting marketing campaigns to run at the optimum time.

    Appointment management
    Anyone running an appointment-based business - from health care to maintenance - will benefit from the reminder system. Trials have shown reductions in missed appointments of over 40%, saving considerable time and money.

    Custom Integration
    We specialise in bespoke integrations and can adapt our system to meet almost any requirements. Custom integrations will typically involve interfacing with other databases or specific messaging systems.
