You may have come across this week's main story - T-mobile employee has sold customers' personal record to rival company.
The data was used for cold calling with the competitors trying to convince T-mobile customers to move network.
The case has been confirmed by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), who act as the UK watchdog, and who is now in the process of prosecution. The case breaches the data protection act and could result in jail sentence.
