In a bid to improve customer services, the airline is now offering customers a convenient and hassle-free mobile check-in.
The service is made available for Singapore-registered mobile phones over a cross section of popular operating systems, such as Symbian, Java, Windows, iPhone, and BlackBerry.
Ticket holders can now check in whilst on their way to the airport. The mobile check-in is open between 2 and 48 hours before departure and enables users to choose seats. Other services such as booking of tickets will be added to the application at a later stage.
"this is truly a momentous occasion for our young, fast-growing company. It not only provides a clear validation of our technology by one the biggest brands in air travel, but also sets a new standard of convenience for air travelers" says Mr Navtej Singh, Taget's CEO.
The applications is available to download from m.singaporeair.com
