An important list to study for any mobile marketer in the year when Apple's app store has offered over 100,000 apps and generated over 2b downloads.
The list includes 7 games from EA Mobile and 3 games produced by Gameloft, Jamie Oliver's 20 Minute Meals app, Arsenal FC's official app and Sling Media's SlingPlayer Mobile.
It seems that entertainment, information and navigation applications are topping the list then. Another thing to notice is the success of apps, such as the Arsenal FC app, as they demonstrates how mobile marketing can be adopted as a brand exercise.
